Good evening, everyone!!  Meet Angela and Zac--one of the cutest couples around. :) When we were chatting about ideas for the engagement session, they mentioned their love for books--especially Star Trek.  So, after searching through 2 aisles of comic books with the same call # at the Indianapolis Public Library and 10 minutes later, I finally found the only two Star Trek books that they had (at least at the time). Though most any book would have done for the engagement shoot, I enjoy how their love for Star Trek is incorporated in their photos. I LOVE making my couple's images as personal as possible. :)

Karin and David | Eagle Creek Engagements | Indianapolis Engagement Photography

Meet Karin and David--a fun, goofy, elegant, stylish couple.  We played with bubbles, balloons, picnic baskets, and snakes.... Oh, wait! Snakes?!  Yes. Snakes.  While we were setting up a scene in some tall grasses, and what does Karin find?  A 4 foot (ish) gray snake that was about 1" in diameter.  She let out a little Now, I don't think that it was poisonous, but it was sure to set a spark for the rest of the session.  We all were looking around for any sign of a slivery snake. At one point, I thought I heard a hissssss... in the grasses. I was out of there as quickly as possible.  Now, I don't know if I actually heard anything, but I wasn't about to find out.  I am afraid of a few things--and snakes are one of them.  I am very proud of Karin and David, though.  They were able to rock out their Eagle Creek engagements without a hitch.

Meet Cider | Cockapoo Photography

For many of you, you have already seen the adorable addition to my family: Cider.  She is a buff (blonde) cockapoo puppy with a toy poodle for a daddy and a cocker spaniel mommy.  Believe it or not, both of her parents are black.  She was 1 of 8 and was the only one who was buff. We've had her for 5 weeks now and are very very happy with her.  She is so incredibly cute and fluffy and adorable and spunky and just PERFECT.  I've taken weekly photos of her and kept track of her weight and height changes. Here are the past 5 weeks' photos.  Enjoy!!!!
