Notre Dame Wedding Photography
Monja and Lee had the sweetest wedding at the Basilica of Notre Dame and reception at Amish Acres in Nappanee, IN. I’ve had the pleasure of knowing them for quite awhile and was thrilled to be able to photograph their wedding. Throughout the entire day, Lee’s smile got bigger and bigger. He had married one of the best gals out there, and he knew it. Both of their families treated me like a member of their family, and it made for one of the most memorable weddings yet. Enjoy!

^^^ When I asked Monja and Lee to climb in a tree, there was no hesitation. (See the end of the post on how Monja actually got up into the tree in her wedding dress.)

^^^ Remember the photos where Monja and Lee are in a massive tree from earlier in the post? This is how she got up into the tree. I’d do just about anything for my clients. 🙂 P.S. I don’t normally wear such a casual sweater on a wedding day. It was unexpectedly cold that day, and I had no other options. 🙂

The whole day was so precious as are the new Mr. and Mrs. Thanks, Anya, for capturing it all in such a special way….letting the bride use you as a “step” to climb a tree! I love it. I know Lee and Monja put great value on your friendship and will be reminded of you each time they thumb through the memories you made stand still in time.
